“Working with Husna during my transition into an executive role helped me see myself and my leadership in a completely different way. She challenged me to think beyond the technical and management sides of my work and develop a stronger business and executive perspective. Her coaching helped me communicate more effectively with senior management, lead my team with greater confidence, and approach challenges with more clarity and presence. Husna’s coaching has had a lasting impact on how I lead and how I show up professionally.”

Most executive and leadership coaching engagements run between three and six months, with sessions scheduled biweekly or monthly depending on the goals, scope, and level of support required. The right cadence is discussed during the initial conversation.
Coaching strengthens your ability to think, decide, and lead through reflection, inquiry, and deliberate action. Consulting is more directive and may involve recommendations, frameworks, or specific expertise. When my work includes both, I am clear about which role I am taking and why.

We begin by understanding what is happening, what you want to change or strengthen, and whether coaching is the right form of support. From there, we determine the most useful next step.
If you are not sure which path fits, you do not need to choose a package first. Start with the challenge. We can decide what kind of support makes sense from there.
